FIRST OF THE DAY

This morning, I decided to watch 'PACIFIC' to try and find Australia's own Rad Ned Valent. He told me that he was the only extra to get a full close up and this definitely wasn't an over statement! Around 30 minutes into the first episode Joanne screamed 'NED' (this of course being the only time I'll ever be comfortable hearing my girlfriend scream his name) and lo and behold there he was, packing stuff into some other stuff like a pro! -right hand side ladies and gents.
As if this wasn't enough, moments later as the boats descend upon the island and what do we have?! Our own nose-sliding Ozzy in full close-up mode. CHECK IT...

Holy Moly, if that isn't the best half an hour of a mini series ever then i don't know what is.
So to celebrate here's Team Babysnakes in King of the How Man! 2008... come back Ned.

FLIPPY WHIP!

Well im not usually one for tricks on racing bicycles but this is ridiculous. At first i thought it was reversed but the car in the background goes the right way. Does look a bit off when he pulls up but judge it for yourselves.

First Real Post

Ok, so i'm going to try and get into the swing of posting regularly and eventually it'll feel like some sort of good outlet that also entertains people rather than feeling like i've signed up and now have to post.

Last week I found myself in Sheffield and Bath all week, not both places simultaneously as that's impossible, but more precisely: Sheffield at the start and end of the week with a tasty little Bath based filling.

After the berlingo landed in good old Sheffield I'd already found myself right at home as the first ever Fresh Prince was on, a phenomenon I had never witnessed and will probably never again unless I was to purchase the DVD series from this sandwich shop that i saw later in the day as my girlfriend dragged me down Eklesall road to find a pub she thought had perhaps been there (or maybe Leeds) 5 or 6 years prior.

After this we gave up on a pub lunch and opted for the time old traditional Sheffield dish of Cornish Pasties. We aren't lucky enough to have a true Cornish Pasty shop in Newcastle and believe me, if we did i'd be dead by now because the pasties from the Proper Pasty Company are spot on!

P.S. BRAWNY=54 and QUAKERS=60
